Lake Thun has more than one mood. Thun brings the old town and riverside terraces; Spiez has its castle, harbour and vineyards; Faulensee and Einigen are smaller places where the shore itself is the draw.
Spiez to Faulensee is a particularly good shore walk. For a day on the water, use the separate boat-trip guide; sailing schedules change with the season.
